By accessing or using Scenetra ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Scenetra is a visual AI workspace that provides a node-based interface for generating images, videos, and audio using third-party AI models. The Platform operates on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, where users provide their own API keys from supported AI providers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from third-party AI providers. Your use of third-party services through the Platform is subject to those providers' terms of service and pricing. Scenetra does not add any markup to third-party API costs.

5. Pricing and Payment

Scenetra offers a 7-day free trial and a lifetime license for a one-time payment. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect existing lifetime license holders. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content including CSAM
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Platform
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you generate using the Platform, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Scenetra.

8. Limitation of Liability

Scenetra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
