Scenetra ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our visual AI workspace for generating images, video, and audio (the "Platform"). The Platform is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we (through our authentication provider) collect your email address and basic profile information necessary to provide the service. By registering you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers; we receive limited billing details (such as transaction status and the last four digits) needed to manage your subscription or purchase.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Platform — such as pages visited, features used, device and browser data, and session duration — to operate, secure, and improve the service.

API Keys

When you supply API keys for third-party AI providers (e.g., Replicate, FAL.AI, OpenAI, Google, AtlasCloud), they are encrypted at rest and stored securely. We never share your API keys with other users, and we use them only to execute your requested generations.

Generated & Uploaded Content

Prompts you submit, media you upload, and the images, video, and audio you generate (including any adult/NSFW content) are stored in object storage associated with your account so the Platform can display and manage them for you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Platform;
• Execute your AI generation requests with the chosen providers;
• Process transactions and manage your account;
• Send technical notices, support, and service messages;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and illegal content;
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Content Moderation & Safety

To keep the Platform lawful and safe, we may use automated and/or manual systems to detect prohibited content — in particular child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Where we detect such content, we will remove it, may suspend or terminate the account, and will report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement, preserving and disclosing related information as required by law.

5. AI Model Training

We do not use your prompts or generated content to train our own AI models, and we do not sell your content. Note that third-party AI providers process your requests under their own terms and privacy policies; we encourage you to review them.

6. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Platform, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations, including:

• Authentication and account management;
• Payment processing (Stripe);
• Cloud hosting and object storage (e.g., Cloudflare);
• Product analytics;
• The third-party AI model providers you choose to run generations with.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or Scenetra.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest. API keys are encrypted before storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us; some information may be retained where required by law (for example, records related to reported illegal content).

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Your Rights

The Platform is intended only for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us immediately.
